Broadening courses in Year 9 and 10 are an opportunity for boys to develop critical thinking skills, metacognitive skills and an understanding of philosophical thinking. The Year 9 Thinking Skills course is compulsory and is an introduction into a more comprehensive Philosophy elective in Year 10.
